Fire Hose Reels

Design features
- Designed and manufactured as per BS EN671-1. Hose is made in three ply with two synthetic rubber layers and a textile re-inforcement. Every unit is hydrostatically tested to 18 bar. Hose reel discs are made of 1.2 mm pre treated electro galvanized steel sheet, painted with electrostatic powder coating and oven baked at 180 deg. C. In automatic models, the valve opens automatically within three revolutions of the reel.

Fire Hoses Flate Type

Design features
- Delivery hoses are non-percolating lay flat type used for fire fighting purposes.These are suitable for use with couplings requiring BS:336 standards, and are intended for use at working pressure not exeeding15 bar.

Double Door Cabinet

Design features
- A wide range of Fire Hose cabinets manufactured from Electro Galvanized Steel sheet with folded edges and with hose reel plate. Edges are curved to assure safe handling. Fire Hose Reel cabinets are fabricated by metal inert gas welding process followed by good surface preparation before being statically painted by using red polyester resin paint & oven baked paint to give a hard wearing resistance and finish.
  
  Double door hose reel cabinets made of electrogalvanized 1.2mm steel sheet are available as vertical type to accomodate hose reels as well as fire extinguishers. These cabinets are available as surface or recess mounted, with stainless steel brush, hairline, mirror finish or powder coated as per customer requirements.

Single Hose Reel Cabinet

Design features
- Single hose reel cabinets are available as both surface or recess mounted type, with electrostatic powder coated finish. as standard. Available in brush, hair line and mirror finish stainless steel 304 & 316 guage

Fire Hydrant Cabinet

Design features
- Standard equipment consists of 1 or 2 Nos fire hoses of size 2.5” x 100 feet, synthetic rubber lined with brass or aluminium couplings, along with 1 No 2.5” hose nozzle. Floor mounted cabinets are with mounting stand.
